I guess I have a thing for bracelets? I put together a gift with a "theme". We did "thank you for helping me grow".</p> <p>I found a potted plant and a set of cute herb growing tins. Three tins that said "grown" "with" "love". So I had DD make a flower around a picture of her with her finger prints and wrote thank you for helping me to "grow" (using the word grow from the pot) and then on the box the tins came in we made a sticker that said "at Miss xyz's I was....... " then you read the tins that say grown with love. I'm due with #2 in about 3 weeks, and she'll be home with me during my leave. Unfortunately my provider isn't able to take a baby, so we've had to find a new place for both kids when I go back to work.</p> <p>I'm so sad to be leaving a place that's been so wonderful for my daughter. I'd like to give my provider a gift, but can't seem to come up with any ideas. Would anyone mind sharing some ideas they've used in the past when moving on from an in home daycare provider? </p>
