It's a small home daycare and there have been a few sketchy things going on. She rearranged things and pretty much eliminated the play area, saying that the kids will use her kids' rooms. She stopped using the video surveillance a few weeks ago. She's never been able to get our LO to nap well, stuff like that. The last straw was when she said that she was going to have to close on Mondays and Fridays so that she could focus on a side job of making/selling tutus. We told her we needed to find somebody else. She understood.</p> <p>LO started her new daycare yesterday. The other little girls are always trying to hug her, she took nearly 2 hour naps yesterday and today, and she isn't fussy when we pick her up anymore. Maybe this is just a honeymoon period, but DH and I are absolutely wowwed. </p> <p>All of this to say: if you feel like your LO would do better somewhere else, DO IT! </p>
