But I've been thinking more and more about when both girls are in school. There are many teachers I would love to have as a nanny for school pick ups and closings, etc. But I think it would only work for the teacher if she had two families. I wouldn't be able to give her a FT wage for 2 kids. </p> <p>Would be SO ideal if DD's daycare friend was in the same school district??</p> <p>Would you ever consider asking a daycare teacher to be your child's nanny? </p>
