I'm going to work on bedtime in 15 min increments. Ahhh. Don't want to mess it all up too much! I hope that waking her up at her "new" time a few days helps

LO is 13 months and is more of a "it's been 30 minutes since I've eaten, time for my nap" kind of kid! I'm trying to push his meals too, but he's giving up his bottles making him hungrier...so I'm at the perfect storm of trying to figure him out right now as well as having to deal with DST!

I'm hoping that since he's older this time around, he won't be as affected! He does sleep in longer if we push his bedtime. Oh...he's also getting his 1 year molars on top...yay!

Does pushing the bedtime back push his wake up time? Could you push his naps by a few minutes as well? I go by awake times as opposed to set nap times (i.e., 3 hours after wake up vs. 10am everyday).

I have been pushing her bedtime since last week. I'm hoping it'll be a smooth transition next weekend!

Anyone else trying to prep for the daylight savings change coming up this weekend? We're doing our best to get him to go down a few minutes later each night this week and sleep in a little longer in preparation. I'm struggling on his naps. We have a short window that we can put him down in order for him to fall asleep without much trouble and I can't seem to push that any later. Any tips from anyone?
