I agree, I don't think it will make a significant difference. Will FF give you an open circle for 1 hour time change? I can't remember. (I always get up at 6:45-7 even on weekends so I haven't been off by an hour in a while...)

If you don't want to continue temping at the same time, TCOYF recommends moving your charting time in 15 minute increments. So if you charted at 6:30 a.m. before the time change, move your time 15 mins each day for the next 4 days. To be honest though, I never made any big adjustments, just took my temp at the same time each day.

I asked this last year. It doesn't matter in the scheme of things apparently. Just get up at the new 7am (or whatever time) versus trying to adjust. It didn't really mess with my chart.

I don't plan on charting anymore this cycle, but I would just start temping at the same time You'd probably only mess up max 1-3 temps if you did this and seeing as you are 5DPO and have already confirmed O that really isn't too much of a problem.

I was just thinking about this. I am also 5 dpo, so I think since I've confirmed ovulation I will probably just continue taking my temp at the same time.

I've always just continued to temp at the same time. One hour has not really ever been a big deal for me. Even if it does slightly effect you I would imagine your body would adjust after a few days.

I hadn't even thought about that! Since I am in the tww I think I will just keep my normal time and not worry about it. I would think you should be ok if your sleep pattern doesn't change?

This is only my 2nd cycle charting, and I'm now 5 DPO in my TWW. Just wondering if any charters out there will do anything special regarding timing of BBT taking and the daylight savings time change. Does it really matter if you're off by an hour?
