@ChiCalGoBee: I think I might have to mix like you mentioned. Might be an easier transition. She's still BFing first thing in the morning and before bed and we'll keep that going (and thanks on the congrats! Never thought I'd get this far!). I just wanna wear dresses! Well, and stop pumping lol. Her lunch bottle is just before nap too so if she's hungry she'll likely sleep anyways. I think they said lunch is usually cows milk but other times they give water (which she's fine with)? So maybe I'll start mixing the lunch bottle to eventually stop.

@LindsayInNY: my ped said to use up all the frozen BM and go straight to cow, but when I tried a little CM just to see how my son would react to it, he hated it. I then started with 75% BM, 25% CM and slowly made the switch. That worked a whole lot better for us, and he now loves CM. I would drop middle-of-the-day bottle first (or start transitioning that one from BM to CM I guess), and see how she does. For me the first and last feeding/bottle were way more important as far as his hunger went, so I dropped mid-day feeding first. Congrats on making it so far with BF!

@T.H.O.U.: The doctor didn't recommend it in case DD doesn't drink it, that way I don't waste BM. She suggested getting her use to CM from cereal and whatnot first. But if DD keeps refusing it (she lets it just spill back out of her mouth lol), I might have to change tactics.

Looking for help on daytime weaning. DD has been taking 3 bottles a day while at daycare. We cut back to 2 within the last week but apparently daycare isn't consistent about when she gets those bottles (breakfast, lunch, afternoon). I thought they were cutting on the afternoon one since she seemed less interested in it then and would take it on/off for a couple hours. Then one teacher said she doesn't have the breakfast one. So I want to decide and tell them specifically when to give or not give. She's not really drinking cow's milk from a sippy yet either. So where do I begin? What bottle would be best to drop? And does cow's milk just take some time? Her doctor said not to mix it with BM either...
