The National Building Museum is also a great choice, particularly the blue block room. The National Postal Museum was also a surprising hit. If Dulles, air and space museum has a location out there that's less crowded than downtown<br /> . Lo1 was kind of bored with it after not very long, but she wouldn't have lasted longer downtown either. She wanted to go in the planes, not see them lol. What would you recommend that your preschooler has enjoyed? We will be staying near the airport with a car and access to the metro.</p> <p>I'm already planning on the Air and Space Museum and the zoo. </p>
