Yup @Thehistoryofus posted the link to my 4 month sleep regression issue with LO, and it is still happening. She will be 5 months in a few days. She wakes up every 3 hours now, boy what I would give for her to only wake up once ;) I have no real good advice because we have tried EVERYTHING. I think it's a waiting game for us.

@bunnylove08: the Four Month Sleep Regression is a well known thing. Unfortunately we just toughed it out.

We're going through the 4 month sleep regression now, though it's not so bad that I have to feed LO to get him to go back down. We just have to give him his pacifier and he'll go back down for us, but it's still a wake up for us a few times/night again. But sleep training helped!

We're in week 2 of sleep training, and that's going well for us at night. We established a routine where we bathe, feed, story and put him down in his crib awake. The first few nights were tough as he would cry anywhere between 20 minutes to an hour, but it got progressively better. Last night, he cooed for about 10-15 minutes, cried for about 5 and then went to sleep on his own. So far better than when we started.

The first night of sleep training, he went down after 20 minutes of crying, but then woke at 3:30 and cried until 4:30 when he went back to sleep again. It's definitely tough to stick it out, but he's gotten so much better at it!

When my DD turned 4 months she stopped STTN. She goes to bed much earlier, before it was 11pm but now she goes to bed 9-9:30pm and wakes up around 3am. She will be looking around or sometimes will cry. I let her try to go back to sleep but it doesnt work, so I change her diaper and nurse her and she will fall back asleep. How do I get her to STTN again? I told DH that we might need to sleep train her since its an ordeal to get her to sleep. She needs to be put to sleep and I would love for her to STTN and wake up around 8. Any advice?
