I found the transition to motherhood hard on myself as a woman and as a friend and wife. I constantly (more in the beginning, since she is 2 now) remind myself that this is a season and I need to be IN it now.<br /> There will be time to be a more available friend and energetic wife (oh, god, the sleep!) and go-getter employee.
