On the side bar there is a groups tab and in that you can add a group. When you add it, it gives you the option to make it secret. You have to be able to add one member to create it. You can just type in emails and they will get an invite. I ended up with back labor and screamed for an epidural, so most if it was pointless. They also don't talk about what to expect when you get home. Also, with my epidural I was actually able to still move around. Not as freely because it made me drowsy and you shouldn't move around too much. But I could walk to the bathroom and move around in my bed. </p>
