Feeling down this morning after POAS (cheapie) this morning and getting BFN. Today is cd26, trigger shot was taken cd12. I have my actual monitoring apt Friday morning but all my hope is gone. I guess onto cycle #2 with clomid/gonal f and ovidrel.

@mrsjd: congrats! Don't stress about the lines

@delight: I've heard that's exactly what you are supposed to do. Take a hpt on 14DPO, then stop taking it if it's negative. Fx that works for you!

@Winnie13: that's great you got a longer LP!!! That's a victory right there!

Thanks for the positive vibes for my positive OPK! 3DPO today, so atill hanging out in the TWW. I really think it won't work this month (it's only worked once since June 2012, so why would it), but it's nice not to be stressed out about it. Plus, I start Clomid again next cycle, so
Something to look forward to!

@mrsjd: I'm so glad your spotting stopped!! I know you will feel worlds better once you get that blood work though! Praying for you girl!!

@delight: you may not get any implantation spotting with progesterone. I would call your doctor to verify when to stop taking it. They may have you do bw before they stop it. When you get your BFP, I'm pretty sure you take it through your 1st trimester. FX for a BFP!!!

@LCTBQE: That helps so much! Thank you. I did a little internet reading (always dangerous) earlier and it said something similar.

@delight: FWIW, I was on progesterone and got what has to have been some kind of implantation-like spotting on 12 dpo when I got my BFP. For my progesterone, I was on it cd 17-26 and was supposed to test cd 27 and 28. If positive, continue until 10 weeks.

thread stalker here. @mrsjd: wanted to tell you from one experienced pee-er to another: I took two FRERs 5 days apart before christmas. hcg on first was 317, second was 3518. the lines were literally identical--second was not even a hint darker. it really shook my faith in POAS  just wanted to reassure you about the line thing, if it helps.
@delight: all my fingers crossed for you this month! :goodluck:

@Winnie13: sorry about AF but that's great about your LP! Good luck with Femera. @mrsjd: I hope you can blood work to ease your mind this week. I'm happy your spotting has stopped.

I'm 9dpo and no spotting but I'm assuming that's because of Progesterone. Would I get implantation spotting still with Progesterone? I am assuming I just take the P until 14dpo and stop if I don't have a BFP by then. Right?! Ahhh my doctor didn't really give me any instructions, just "take this after you ovulate." I'll test tomorrow because I have always gotten my BFPs at 10dpo.

@Winnie13: Yay for a longer luteal! That's great progress. I hate AF came but at least she waited longer.

I keep finding new things to worry over. I took another pregnancy test this morning and it was positive, but not significantly darker than my initial bfp at 12 or 13dpo. Today would be 14 or 15 dpo. I worry that it should be getting darker. It's not more faint - still a strong positive, but I worry about another chemical. Calling for bloodwork tomorrow. On the positive, I haven't had any more spotting. No other real symptoms other than super mild pulling/stretching and sore boobs. And dear god my sense of smell. Everything is so much smellier than normal.

@LibbyLou: That is so thoughtful of you! Thank you so much for this info!! Definitely gives me hope!!
@Delight: That's wonderful you were able to conceive your precious DD! Low progesterone, unfortunately, can make it very difficult to get that BFP or stay that way. So glad you are doing something about it and your RE can spot it!!! Awesome!

Today makes 11 DPO... Still in shock... I keep thinking I must have been way off my O date, but I temp, so I'm pretty sure I nailed it down to 2 days. I started a B6 about 3 months ago and never saw a difference until this cycle, so yay! I know a big part of it is getting my TSH levels regulated. It's crazy how much that controls!

Been having some cramping and my temp went down .2 degrees... I know AF will be here by tomorrow... Didn't POAS today because of the dip. I at least feel really hopeful this next cycle, so that's a positive! Praying the Femara helps me to have a nice strong O before CD 20 and another nice long LP!

@Winnie13: my LP is anywhere from 8-10 days and I usually start spotting around day 7. Boo. I take a B100 complex and when I'm not taking it my LP is definitely closer to 8 days. I honestly was shocked when my doc just handed out progesterone before I had any tests done but I'm happy to take it. Thanks for letting me know that 9.8 isn't too bad a number. Hopefully the P will increase my LP though! Good luck to you this cycle. So awesome that you're on day 10 already. I have been able to conceive fine on a short LP and do have a healthy DD but also some early losses which is why we went to a RE.

@Winnie13: I just saw this as I was googling
* Based on Guassian distribution for the study conducted by Wilcox, et al., which concluded that, for most women, implantation of the fertilized egg into the endometrium occurs approximately 6 to 12 days after ovulation and that the most likely days to implant are days 8, 9 and 10 post ovulation.

Just an FYI for you! You may be good only at a 9day luteal!

@delight: Short LP's are so frustrating!! How long is your LP? 9.8 is pretty good for 5DPO. My gyno wants to see anything over 10 at 7 DPO. Glad you're getting supplements though and yay to know side effects! That's a positive! Hopefully you will see a big difference this cycle and this is your cycle! FX for you for a BFP and a healthy LP!
I asked my GYNO for progesterone and he wouldn't prescribe it. The highest my prog. has been after a medicated O was 4... Which isn't very promising. I've been off meds for a few months now and am coming off a natural O... Pretty sure my progesterone was pretty good considering today make 10 DPO and still no AF!! WooHoo! If I don't get a good prog. number after my next round of Femara though, I'm hoping I can convince my gyno to let me try supplements before going to RE. We will see!

Sorry ladies! We've been away at the cottage for a few days!
@mrsjd: amazing news for you!! I wish you all the best. I hope this is the stickiest of bAbies!!
@Winnie13: welcome to you! I have a short LP too and just started progesterone this month.
@doxielove: so awesome to see a positive OPK! Good luck this cycle!
@Crystal: good luck to you too this month!!!

I'm at 7dpo now. I started Progesterone a couple days ago and haven't had any side effects yet. I ended up doing my CD21 blood test at 5dpo and my results came back at 9.8 which isn't as low as I thought it would be but still seems low so I'm supplementing. I'll test Monday. We only were able to DTD at 0-3 and 0-2 because of the holidays so I'm not overly confident anyways!

Today makes 9/10 DPO with a BFN. I'm just still so thrilled that AF hasn't come!! This is my longest Luteal phase ever! First real chance of conception this cycle, so woo!!!
If my temp stays high tomorrow, I'm sure I'll test... Everyday of high temps at least! Lol! Once it drops I know AF will be on its way, so I'll enjoy the thrill of POAS while it lasts! Lol.

I've been having some on and off again cramping for about 2 days, so I think it's on its way. Time will tell! Right now, I'm off to take down Christmas... So sad!!

Starting off 2016 with a bfp. Cycle 24 and clomid cycle 2. 12 or 13 dpo. Tentatively happy. Glad I only had one beer yesterday. 2 1/2 hour hold and came up almost immediately. My only worry is that I had brown spotting right as I peed to take the test. It was very old looking.
