From a safety perspective the grill should go at the back deck railing. You could put it to one side and leave the other side to two small scale lounge/ club chairs and a side table or a high top table. Then your main dining table would be squarely centered with the deck. When people exit the door they would have to walk one way or the other to get to the stairs.

Or you could put the grill in the 6 by 7 or 6 by 5.5 corner, which ever is closest to the kitchen I guess. Then in the opposite corner seating for two or three- two chairs or loveseat & chair. Then, along the back deck wall you could have your table.

@PurplePumps: Your first idea is exactly what we have now and the table is very squished in the corner. Only 3 people can get to their seats comfortably which is why I want to change it up. I like your secondary proposal! I think especially with a small conversation set it could fit

@looch: We use the stairs to the left much less frequently than those to the right, so I think I'd be ok with something "blocking" it, or making it less convenient. The left goes straight to the yard whereas the right goes to a little patio.

We have a similar shaped deck, our grill is in one of those nooks by the stairs.

I have played with table layout, we have a free standing cantilever umbrella, a rectangle table with 6 chairs. The long side of the table is parallel to the house, the umbrella is in the lower left corner.

I might be tempted to gate off one set of stairs in your situation and treat it like a wall. That will allow you to put the table along that 6 foot side and it won't block the access to the door so much.

At first glace, I thought put the table in the 6x7 cornerand the grill across from the door, and then a conversation set in the 5x6 corner... but then the table might feel a little squished in there.
So I think the table between the stairs widthwise, the grill against the 6foot wall on the right, and a maybe conversation set in the 6x7 corner.

The furniture on our deck is falling apart and all these end of season sales on patio furniture have got me really wanting to get something new. The only issue is I'm not a huge fan of how we currently have the furniture laid out but I can't think of a better solution. Rather than post what we have going on now, I thought I'd post a clean slate picture and see what wonderful ideas people might have. Thanks :)

Details:
The deck is 12' x 15' The door is a little off center on the 15' long side and there are stairs going down each side of the deck.
At minimum we need dining for 6 and room for a grill
Lounge seating or more dining room would be nice as well but I'm less confident on how often that would get used.
