I've had to work to bring it back to 8-12 ounces a day when before it was closer to 20. I have a wicked cold right now, though. I know most of my daughter's (1 year old) nutrition is coming from whole milk and solids at this point but I want to keep breastfeeding for a while. </p> <p>Would it be ok to take decongestants at this point since I'm not pumping milk for her and she isn't getting her daily nutrition from me? I just worry it won't come back since we're in the late stages of breastfeeding.</p> <p>Has anyone taken decongestants while still bfing a 1+ year old and continued after the cold was gone? </p>
