It's likely that she was concerned that maybe they didn't make it to the lab or something. I think it's unusual to get them same day anyway. Well, I just called and the nurse said, "That's strange. I'm concerned. They haven't come in." CONCERNED? I don't know what that's supposed to mean and now I'm paranoid something's wrong that made them delayed. WTF!! Sorry for the rant, I am just totally annoyed because I was borderline with my last pregnancy, was anxious all day, and now she used that word which has set my mind racing. UGH. </p>
