I went in for an appointment and the midwife I saw was acting really friendly, like we knew each other. She seemed kind of familiar to me, but I really couldn't remember if I had seen her before. So asked her if we had met, and she was like, "um yeah, I caught your baby."<br /> I was so embarrassed! But it was also just weird -- I feel like I remember the birth so clearly, and I remember really liking the midwife. I think it's really true that something happens to your memory after a few months where you really can't remember. So funny! </p>
