None of my gay friends changed theirs, and only a couple guys (including my husband) did it. But everyone I'm friends with is pro gay marriage. All but one is white. I guess I am not seeing a huge pattern, although definitely not seeing many religious friends change the picture. Although, since not everyone equally participates in facebook, not changing the picture could have more to do with just facebook use.
