Yard would have lots of flowers and a vegetable garden</p> <p>House would be a pretty navy and white trim exterior with shutters and a wrap around white porch</p> <p>The back would be all windows facing the yard and a walk out patio for entertaining</p> <p>Kitchen would be spacious, white with mint colored accents, and molding. A large island, two ovens, butcher block counter tops and wood beams running along the ceiling. There would be a circular breakfast nook that's all windows and a separate dining room.</p> <p>There would be a great room with a white stone fireplace, large enough to host Christmases and birthday parties.</p> <p>A small library with a spiral staircase to a small loft with a reading nook</p> <p>Four bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms, one in the master suite and one for the kids. Over the garage would be a guest suite with a room, small kitchenette and bathroom. </p> <p>Master suite would have large closet, rainforest shower, deep soaking tub and private balcony.</p> <p>There would be a basement with a media room, game room and playroom. I have to keep upping the "max price" to find what I want. lol</p> <p>I love the houses with vaulted ceilings, very open layouts, lots of windows and natural materials featured (rough cut beams, stacked stone fireplaces, etc) and property with the half meadow/half wooded lots.
