They seasoned the crust with olive oil and herbs and baked it with mozzarella on it. Then, they put a salad on top of it before serving! They added a small kitchen to one of their retail stores and make artisan pizza. </p> <p>Thin crust, red pepper sauce, prosciutto, shredded mozzarella, roasted red pepper, banana peppers. Cooked in a brick oven and when they pull it they put some dressed arugula on top. Everything is made in house. It's a pan pizza and just so delicious.
