You can also try a wedge pillw under your hips, or just a folded towel to lift your bottom up a bit. I had to use one in my car.

Kinda like this. http://www.amazon.com/GRAY-Wagan-Ortho-Wedge-Cushion/dp/B0018MITR0/ref=pd_sim_auto_3

I brought in a pillow from home, which helped a lot. I forced myself to stop crossing my legs (which was really, really hard). Would you be allowed to use an exercise ball to sit on? They are conspicuous, but I found them so helpful for getting my hips at the right angle.

@JessieJo17: Lol! To help with changing the angle of your legs--without flashing the entire office--what about a small baguette-like pillow under the backs of your knees/legs on the edge of your chair (even a rolled up towel)? That may increase the angle without minimizing your hemline. :)

@jessiejo17: Maybe just a reminder on your calendar to just stand up out of your chair once every 15 minutes to kind of re-set your spine, not leave the office or anything?

@highwire: I take a break about every hour, and I feel like I get judged a little for that, I think every 15 minutes would have me in my boss's office for a meeting :S I did try a back pillow, but it pushed me too forward, maybe I need a smaller/thinner one.

@MsLipGloss: I do prop my feet up under my desk on my laptop bag, however I have to wear a skirt/dress everyday as part of a dress code, can't get much higher than that or I would be giving the office a show!

I agree with propping your feet. I have a small printer under my desk and propping my feet up on that relieves a lot of pressure for me.

Do you have anything that you can use to prop your feet up on? Sometimes just changing the angle that your legs/back are in (and the places on which you place pressure by sitting in your chair) can make a huge difference in how your back feels.

What about a pillow or brace? Or something to prop your feet up on? Or taking breaks to stand up/move around every 15 minutes?

Any ideas to help relieve lower back pain? I'm 31 weeks and by 2:30 my back is throbbing and I can't concentrate at work. I know a lot has to do with my chair (not much I can do about that, unable to switch it) but any little tips would be great! I'm willing to try anything.
