Your first + OPK indicates that your body has released the hormone that tells your body to release the egg - actual egg drop happens 12-26 hours after the hormone release. If you are using OPKs every afternoon, your O day is generally going to be the day after your first + OPK. (FWIW, I often get a + OPK on O-1 and O.)</p> <p>BTW, your timing looks FANTASTIC for a CD20 O. I missed a temp on my chart for CD19 since we were traveling and it seems to be throwing things off. My temps have been high since so I think it's fair to say I've Oed but I have no clue my actual O date. Without a temp on CD 19, FF says I Oed on CD18, which is before I even got a +OPK. If I put in a dummy temp for CD19, FF says I Oed on CD19. My +OPKs were around 4pm on CD19 and 1pm and 11pm on CD20. I'm tempted to think O was CD 20 or 21 (first -OPK day). We're also in a time zone that's two hours earlier than where we live so I'm sure that isn't helping either.
