Wagon Sr. is exactly like this. He didn't really believe how bad it was until I was talking about it and his little brother was agreeing with me... apparently he lived thru years of listening to the teeth grinding and never really told his bro. Haha. </p> <p>He has three different grinds: one is like nails on a chalkboard, one is like crunching ice, and one is like tapping the top teeth to the bottom teeth. The crunching ice one makes me want to throw up. It's totally traumatized me to the point where he cannot eat crunchy food around me. If I hear him crunching I involuntarily say "NO" and he has to leave the room to finish. Poor guy. But seriously... 7 years straight of this. </p> <p>While I was pregnant and not getting good sleep he actually slept in the guest room a couple of nights and they were the BEST NIGHTS OF SLEEP EVER. oh my gosh. </p> <p>He has a dental nightguard that's custom made for his teeth but he constantly forgets to put it on. He also snores pretty badly and we've just discovered Breathe Right strips-- they work really well! But of course last night he forgot to put them on and he was lying flat on his back, snoring away, and I hit him. Haha. I've been a much lighter sleeper since getting pregnant and my DH has driven me crazy. He snores like a chainsaw, flip flops, SNATCHES MY PILLOWS, yeah right out from under my head, he'll make noises in his sleep, which upsets the dog, so she starts barking.
