As much as I love my boss and my coworkers (including DH!), I have no where to go. So at my new job, I'll be in a lead role and I'll have lots of room for growth. Plus, it's in the healthcare industry so that alone opens a lot of doors for me.</p> <p>ETA: Moving for a job would be HUGE!
