*raises hand*

I had gestational diabetes and tested my glucose 4x a day. I was able to control it through diet, but I was miserable. I started out at 110 lbs, and after my diagnosis I started to lose weight. My total weight gain was only 15 lbs.

I did have complications with my glucose levels while I was in labor, and my numbers slowly kept increasing. I had a few insulin shots, and I had to have an IV drip of insulin as well. Luckily, my LO was healthy and had no complications.

Are any of y'all diabetic? Either pregnant or TTC? How has this affected you and your pregnancy?
For me, it's meant eating super specific snacks and meals, and checking my glucose 5 times a day, as well as taking metformin and two types of insulin.
Anybody else?
