It can definitely come and go in how bad it looks. About 6 weeks ago he had an awful allergic reaction rash all over his face. The pediatrician said it would just have to pass. (Were not sure what caused it but the only suspect I have is he accidentally ingested a red dye powder.) These popped up almost as soon as the reaction passed. </p> <p>My other son had Molluscum last summer and these bumps don’t look like those, but they DO have a rough, warty texture. If so I wonder about molluscum?
