We do smaller bags for different "collections" of stuff, either using ziploc or wet bags that we have. Makes finding things sooo much easier when you're out and about. It looks big enough, and looks very functional and classy. And many of them look very gender-neutral, which is nice. It would probably be a useful outing bag well after the baby stage. The other bag you were eyeing looks good for CD, too. Another thing we really like doing since we cloth diaper is to use smaller bags to help organize. It helps me more easily find things, and makes it easier to just take what we need. We have a bag that holds a change of clothes; one that holds first aid supplies, sunscreen, chapstick, band-aids, diaper cream, etc.; one that holds dry diapers; a wet bag; a bag for busy stuff like crayons and small toys and modeling wax in case we get stuck somewhere or have to wait; a lunchbox; a bag that holds a wrap or SSC. Depending on what we're doing we might take just one or two of those, or we might take all.
