@Raspberry: I bought the exact same organizer off Amazon a month ago. I'm liking it so far. I've switched to a cloth tote that my aunt made me. It has pockets all around the outside for the smaller things, like teething toys, soothers, face wipes, hand sanitizer, etc., so that organizer is great for the big things.

I always kept a zippered wet bag in there for clothing changes, no need for that to be clear, I don't want to see soiled clothes, lol!

For everything else, I have always used either quart or gallon ziplock bags.

I have a be quick that I use for diapers and wipes (and other odds and ends) so I can take it out and avoid taking the bag everywhere. I also bought some reusable bags to keep snacks in. I also wanted to get an ouch pouch off etsy but I just used a small makeup bag instead.

Built in pockets are great but only around the perimeter so I got one of these to deal with the space in the middle: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00KFXBZ2E/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The free change pad is useless but I've loved the organizer. It also looks pretty easy to DIY if someone was inclined to.

I was gifted the Skip Hop Forma Backpack for Christmas as we are expecting LO2 in a month. Our current diaper bag is unstructured and hard to keep organized. For this one, I'd like to use pouches or bags.

How do you keep your bag (especially for two kids) organized? If you use pouches or bags, which ones?
