I found it on amazon, it's a contoured changing pad with big thick soft Velcro straps. It keeps LO down, in diaper change position. He still screams bloody murder through the diaper change, but it goes faster since I'm not constantly wrestling him and flipping him back over and holding him down. Sometimes if the "toy" is enticing enough, he will actually cooperate. By "toy" I mean stuff he isn't supposed to have. We try different toys but that's hit or miss. Singing distracts her sometimes but the best bet has been double teaming the diaper change. She will start crying the minute we walk into her room to change it and then scream and flail her body the entire time. I dread having to change her diaper. I've tried giving her toys to distract her with limited success. I don't know what else to do. Has anyone dealt with this before? Any ideas to make them more tolerable? </p>
