It will help the area heal. You can also do it in the big tub or a baby tub (I can't remember her age), but you'd use more baking soda and more water. Follow the soak with some diaper-free time for maximum effectiveness. Letting it dry out will do more for it than the diaper changes. LO has a bad one, so I'm going to talk to daycare about changing her every hour. LO never gives us any cues that her diaper is full, or that she hurts from the rash until we go to change her. </p>
