T flips and crawls during every change. Even if I am holding his legs. It's interesting for the poop changes. Sometimes he gets distracted enough if I sing or make weird faces. We strap her in so that she doesn't fall and then try to distract her with tons of toys. The best thing is to be consistent. There was a mom at daycare that had to change her baby on his stomach (rather hard with a little boy) because she always let him flip over and she didn't want to hold him down on his back. The minute I get him on the changing table, he flips over and starts rocking. I have tried holding him down but that irritates him. Should I try distracting him with a toy? He's feet used to entertain him before but he's not interested in them right now. What do you guys do? I feel like changing a diaper is like trying to herd cats... </p>
