I tend to use it every change unless I'm in a real hurry. We use it every time and it's never caused an issue with the diapers. I even use a TON when I put it on her. We are planning the cloth diaper when baby comes in July. Right now we have mostly Bumgenius freestyles/elementals, and a few fuzzibunz pocket diapers. Can anyone tell me what they do instead of traditional diaper creams? I purchased some earth mama bottom balm but I'm not sure if it's just for rashes or for every day, and wanted to get a feel for people's routines. Thanks in advance! </p>
