We cloth diaper, but I just put an Arm and hammer baking soda pack under the lid and we have no stink. I have a hook on my changing table/dresser that it hangs from. I empty it in the outside garbage once a day, and wash the bag about once a week. The trash can is a step on with self closing lid and you can also lock the lid which is a nice feature for when DS is older. We loved it so much that we got one for the kitchen.</p> <p>ETA: If your not CDing, this can can take a regular kitchen bag. It says that it's compatible with SimpleHuman product #__ for the bags, but a regular kitchen bag fits too. We have a cheap diaper pail for our dirty cloth diapers and a cloth liner for the diaper pail so we're not using any trash bags.
