A friend's LO had a recurring rash that was bleeding, so they started probiotics to make her poops healthier. My DS had a severe rash a few days after he was born. He has very running bm due to his allergy to cow milk formula. Like me, my son has very sensitive skin so even the most sensitive wipes made his rash worst. </p> <p>What helped for him was changing his diaper frequently, every 1.5-2 hours, regardless if he had a bm or not. I would take the wipes, rinse off good with warm water, then wipe his bm off of his bottom. Then I made sure to rinse his bottom with warm water afterwards, not using soap. I made sure his bottom was dry before putting his diaper back on and adding triple paste to prevent anymore rash.
