We don't like to add extra "stuff" to LO's skin when we don't need to. I never used diaper cream on a daily basis though. Just at the first sign of redness or irritation. If you think it's teething related, I'd use aquaphor as a barrier to keep the moisture off since it's more a reaction to the extra spit in LO's poo. We just noticed a rash at her last diaper change...should we stick with the Desitin or try Triple Paste? What do you recommend for diaper rash? I'm assuming this is teething related. My husband and I got nasty diaper rashes as babies when we teethed. -- not sure where this should go - diapers or baby health --
