The first time I went in my hip was so sore I could hardly walk, but walking out of the appointment I felt so much relief. I didn't have to do it often, maybe 3-5 times in 4-5 months? I went twice PP to put everything back and that's it! I've been seeing a Chiro since just prior to this pregnancy and will see her until probably about six-eight weeks post-partum, due to the nature of the sacro-iliac sprain I had (appears to be what was stopping me falling pregnant!).<br /> Since I hit 20 weeks I've also been getting regular massages. Loads of paperwork at work has meant very tense muscles so I'll continue to do that until the end of the school year, then maybe space it out monthly til baby gets here.
