They announced it a few months ago, but just announced this week how our jobs are changing. It's actually a huge deal, but since I'm not going back, I guess it doesn't matter. My immediate supervisor took on new responsibilities that shifted half of her time away from the accounts I work on under her. And she made the decision to move out of state and start working remotely, but she didn't move until I came back to work. Other than that, its like I never was on leave, which I'm grateful for. The longest anyone has ever been gone is a week and a half. One guy was even back two days after his son was born. </p> <p>My job is project based, so hopefully when maternity leave comes for me I'll be able to wrap things up, but I'm nervous that it will be hard to get back into it after being gone for a while.
