It got really bad around 32 or so weeks and progressively worse from there to the point it was very painful. I'm smaller framed and having all that weight/strain was really tough. I ended up declining, though. I'm okay with getting around now so I don't see the need. I don't think I'll ever need it but I have no idea if I'll be put on bed rest later and might need it. </p>
