<description>&#60;p&#62;We've never used blackout shades and DD has never had a problem sleeping.  She pretty much follows the sun but as we live in a subtropical place where the hours of daylight and night time don't vary too much, it's not a big deal.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Since daylights savings time, LO's bedtime is usually right around when the sun begins to set. In a month, it'll be before the sun sets. Did anyone not use blackout shades and have their LO adjust just fine to the sun being out during bedtime?
