She was 11 lbs when we started and was prescribed 1.5ml. We still do this dose. I am hoping that is our case as well. My son had reflux as well and If I remember correctly from years ago we stopped the Zantac after a few weeks too. Need to start doing that. The prescribed 1ml twice a day for the Zantac. We are on Zantac have been since 4 weeks but we also do gas drops at every feed. We actually started with the drops which helped then realized she had reflux and had to add Zantac. Couple other thoughts, is the dose they told you correct? We started it Friday. She's 6 weeks which I know is usually the peak of fussiness and major growth spurts (per wonder weeks.) Naps have been a disaster during the day with 20 min incriminates and she would not let me put her down yesterday. Sleep was better last night but a struggle to get her happy and down at 8:30pm. She then slept until 2:30am feeding time and then again until 6:30am. Woke up fussy again though. This a 6 week stage or a reaction to the Ranitidine? I just want a happy baby. Reflux is miserable. </p>
