I take the packs back to back so I don't menstruate. This is a smaller dose of hormones. Supposedly it is just as effective as the regular BCP if you are religious about taking it.</p> <p>I'm exploring my options for after this baby. I want minimal hormones as possible....cuz BC makes me crazy!!! </p>
