I normally test until the test line is way darker than the control but this month stopped when they were equal to avoid driving myself nuts. I usually ovulate on cycle day 16-18, but that month I ovulated on cycle day 25-26. </p> <p>I had stopped using my OPKs that month because I figured I either missed my LH surge or wasn't going to ovulate. I had some ovulation symptoms the week after I stopped testing and I actually ended up pregnant that month. Unfortunately the baby had a chromosome abnormality and I am now trying to conceive again.
