I was a zombie for maybe a week. Then my body adjusted and it didn't make me any more drowsy than normal pregnancy would.

I don't know. I know I was super tired from making two babies but I don't know if the pills made it worse. I ended up with HG so when I started on this med, my HG was just about to get worse. Two hospital visits and 3-5 day stay for each and having the pharmacy tinker with my medicines is what helped me. I think getting sick after taking pills doesn't give me any positive thoughts of that short period 5-24 weeks.

Initially but I got used to it. It was worth it, though.

Only at first - then my body got used to it. It was a lifesaver. It made morning sickness manageable in the beginning and totally controlled it for the rest of the pregnancy.

Yes. I switched to zofran. I am really sensitive to medicine though...

I honestly don't know! At first I thought it did, because my exhaustion really ramped up after I started taking it and I felt basically non-functional. But I couldn't bear to be without it so I stuck with it. The exhaustion largely lifted around 12 weeks. I was just finally able to come off of diclegis just last week at 25 weeks, and I've noticed no difference in tiredness/energy. So now I sort of feel like maybe I was just tired because I was pregnant!

And I would like to add that I thought this medication was a lifesaver! It helped me so so much and was so much better than taking Zofran like I did with my first two pregnancies.

Nope! I took one in the morning and two in the evening. I guess I did sleep better when I was taking them at night, so that would make sense… But when I would take one in the morning I always felt totally normal at work.

I voted no but I didn't take dicelgis, I just took 50mg b6/half a unisom at night. It helped me a lot. I wasn't particularly drowsy.

Yes, but it was better than being so nauseated that I couldn't function. I just took the one pill st night and that helped me.

Yes! I constantly battled between being nauseous and feeling comatose at work. I couldn't decide which was more debilitating.

Yes and because of this I only took 1 pill at night instead of increasing the dose, so my nausea didn't completely go away but at least I could function.

Yes but I adjusted to it I think. I can't be sure how much is just regular first trimester exhaustion.

Yes. On top of pregnancy exhaustion I pretty much couldn't function. After talking to the nurse line at my OB, I switched to just the max dose of straight B6. It stopped my vomiting (I was vomiting multiple times a day) and took a good deal of the edge off my nausea.
