Yes I did with my first. I went to the gym until around 25 weeks and swam until the very end.

This time I don't have the time to exercise since I'm solo parenting for most of the week and WOH. :(

I ran up until seven months and stopped because I was getting contractions. I continued with pilates until two weeks before I delivered (he was 8 days overdue and I felt huge)! Exercising was great but I think I ended up with a motion junky baby because I was so active!

Does daily dog walking count as 'working out"? With LO I got up at 6am every weekday morning to walk our mutt before work right up till I started maternity leave and then continued to walk / waddle him during the day from then on. I'm fairly sure the neighbours thought it was quite hilarious watching me getting slower and bigger as the week went on...

Yep. I was at the gym the day I went into labor for both LO's. I managed to go 3-4x/week with both pregnancies and then I walked on the other days whenever I could.

38 weeks now, and ran last week (slowly), but have been mostly walking 2-3 miles a day since sciatic pain started at 34/35 weeks. Before then I ran 3 times a week since the day of my positive test. I'll be interested to see how delivery and recovery go since I've heard keeping your strength up helps.

Yep!! I worked out until the day before I went into labor. Of course I had to cut back on the intensity towards the end, but I was still there! Now that she's 6 months old, I would like to get back into the swing of things.

I did CF 4-5x/week with my first. I'm down to 2x/week with this pregnancy and I'm taking a few week hiatus because I herniated some discs last year and they're inflamed. My nutritionist said to just LIFT and walk so that's my goal :)

I did with #1--worked out and walked 2 miles the day before I went into labor. So far with #2, it's been much more difficult, but that's been true just =generally since having #1. It is really hard to find the time to work out in the way I like to (going for a run or to barre classes).

Pre-pregnancy I was spinning 1-2 times per week, taking a barre class 1-2 times per week and debating joining a local gym for some cardio. I haven't been spinning since the last IUI and I'm cautiously hesitant to go back. I keep meaning to ask the RE but haven't. It's not worth it. I might start going again after the next u/s at 8 weeks? I would still like to join the gym though. I walk a decent amount each day but would like to do more as long as I can!

ha. no.

I was totally planning to and then.... pregnancy exhaustion hit and that was the end of it. I combated that with eating a LOT of Chicken Alfredo and ice cream while lounging on the couch rubbing my belleh.

ETA: I totally admire women who can and DO work out throughout their pregnancies.

I kept up with at least 10,000 steps a day and 25 flights of stairs from July until this month, but I finally had to give it a break because I'm studying for an exam I'm taking when I'm roughly 4 weeks postpartum, which requires hours of sitting and reading per day. I need to get back to doing at least a 20 to 30 minute routine.

With LO1 I did modified Cross fit from second trimester until my due date every other day. I had to stop myself from going the last day when I was pretty sure I was in labor (I was). It made me feel so good.

This pregnancy I am not nearly as fit starting out but I'm still in 1st trimester so I'm not writing exercise off completely yet. I hope to get back into things soon.
