&#60;p&#62;Maybe TMI and definitely gross...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;One thing that helped significantly was when I started taking baby aspirin daily. I haven't tested positive for a serious blood clotting disorder, but I do have MTHFR so I started baby aspirin. My periods are so much less clotty since I started taking a daily baby aspirin, and I think the clots were what was so horrendously painful.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@winniebee:  I've always heard that reducing will help reduce symptoms! Haha. Excedrine has caffeine too, I think it's supposed to help with pain management. Something about blood vessels and their construction (not sure if it dilates or constricts them)

<description>&#60;p&#62;Specifically cramps. Even more specifically if you have been diagnosed or suspect endometriosis. Though as I've mentioned in a previous post, I struggle emotionally as well. But I also struggle giving up my one true love, coffee. Did reducing caffeine ease anything for you?
