I barely gained any, so when I lost the swelling I was 5 pounds under. I gained my weight breastfeeding, and that comes and goes with her growth spurts.

I cut out dairy and chocolate because DS had some food sensitivities. Most of the weight came off very quickly. I'm still a few pounds over my pre-preg weight, but I'm not stressed about it.

At 2 weeks pp I'm 5 lbs below pre-pregnancy weight, but my stomach is flabby (not that it was rock hard or anything before though!) I was overweight to begin with so luckily did not gain a lot during pregnancy. Hoping this trend continues!

I'm in the same boat. Lost almost 20 in the first few weeks but I'm still have another 18 to lose and I'm 11 weeks pp. :( I'm stuck and haven't lost anything in weeks. I don't think the holidays have helped. I thought EBF would cause me to lose more without working at it. Guess not.

I gained 24 lbs and lost 16 lbs from delivery. I lost the rest by 2 weeks post partum and have been holding steady ever since (9w today). Have been going on walks here and there. But my belly is def flabbier. Trying to get back into Pilates to tone up a bit!

The first 30 lbs fell off within days, but I know that was a whole lot of water weight. The last 10 is stuck like glue and I need to lose a good 20 to get back into my pre preg clothes. My body has drastically changed. I will say that being on regular birth control instead of the mini pill has been helping my body change for the better, though. It's only been a month, but I look skinnier even though I haven't lost anything. I am getting serious about my diet in the new year, as well.

I gained 20 at my highest and was 18 lbs above pre preg weight on the day I delivered. I was a pound below pre preg weight by about ten days post partum. But I am FLABBY. Can't wait for next Monday when I hopefully get the ok from my doc to start running again. And doing sit ups!!

4 weeks almost 5 and 15ish of the 30ish are gone. There's no way ill lose all until we wean, my boobs are twice as big. Not really flabby anywhere just wider hips and ribs with a horror show of loose skin at my stomach. My body was way too accommodating! Oh well.

I gained 30lbs & lost them all by 10w. Things still don't fit & things don't look so great. I am aiming for another 5-10lbs within the next 5 months (by late spring/summer basically) and a *whoooollle lota* toning up.
I can't attribute all my weightloss to BFing...I have always been thin without working out or eating healthy, so I think that's just how my body is. But, I will say I no longer believe that just because the scale says you're skinny that it is actually true. Because in my case I am at PP weight but yet only a quarter of my clothes actually fit and only half of those look good anymore;/

It's fallen off, but slowly. We still ebf & at 8 months pp I just had to buy a pair of jeans a size down from my prepreg jeans. I still am "fluffy" but I was kinda fluffy before DD anyways since I never got back to my prepreg self after my cesarean with DS. Figure when she turns 1 and I'm no longer super protective of my supply I'll try and tone up some before getting preggers with our next... or I'll just stay a little fluffy. TBH I'm just happy I got to buy some smaller jeans! lol

ETA: I gained around 60lbs.

It did melt off on me, but my daughter had MSPI so I was on a severely restricted diet. After I got off the diet, my weight crept up a little and then after I stopped breastfeeding, I put on 5 lbs instantly. Now I'm on the slow and steady approach to returning to my pre-pregnancy weight!

It seemed like the first 20 lbs I gained while pregnant "feel off" after delivery, but 6 weeks later, the last 18 lbs don't se to be going anywhere. I'm nursing and kind of hoped the weight would magically evaporate. Not so much.

Did your baby weight go away on its own or did you have to work at it? How long did it take?
