He was not an easy newborn at all and we had issues with colic and breastfeeding and sleep. I still wanted another one starting at like 2 months post partum. After sleep returned, the idea of another one felt possible. Now that LO is 13 months old, I waver between wanting another soon or maybe not at all. I liked being pregnant, so I do get twinges of jealous and missing it when I see pregnant ladies. At the same time, I'm enjoying LO at this age. I don't know how it'll be with two versus one.</p> <p>I also remember newborn hood. I don't know if I'm ready for sleepless nights just yet. However, has anyone experienced the opposite? </p> <p>DD is almost three months and has been easier than I anticipated. We were initially going to wait 3-4 years before trying for a second, but have loosely decided to revisit the prospect right after her first birthday. </p> <p>I fully anticipate I might have a change of heart, but surprisingly am a little excited at the prospect of having another baby sooner, rather than later. </p> <p>Anyone else experience this after baby arrived? </p>
