Only DS had the shot. DD was too young for it when she got the flu, poor baby. DS was starting to look sick too so we gave them both Tamiflu. Maybe it was the flu shot, maybe the Tamiflu, but DS was fine after that. My father in law got the shot and the flu in 2014 but I think that was a bad year. Thankfully my son was old enough to get the shot prior to his grandfather getting sick. </p> <p>The one year I didn't get the shot, I got mono.
