I did have about 3 days of spotting when I started it 7 weeks pp, but nothing since. </p> <p>Going back to work affected my supply most of all. That's too scary for me since my doc from my c-section said my uterus could explode if I get pregnant this year.... I am just skipping the mini pill and using condoms always.</p> <p>She gave me the mini pill Rx just in case, but I told her I didn't want to start until I really had breastfeeding under control.
