I picked my favorite out of them, we had the vet, and shoer come out, cleaned the 3 feet of nastiness out of the barn, slowly gained her trust and got her into riding condition. Then they took her away, we didn't see a dime for what we did, we even consulted an attorney. They ripped all the shelving above the windows down, made big holes, and tried to take the wood blinds. </p> <p>My parents house previous owners take the cake though. They bought a 20 acre farm, they left 5 horses with no papers and no way to track the original owners, 1 cat, and tried to leave their boxer. Lots of personal papers, clothes, rotting food, toys....They had to hire a cleaning company to come in and clean the place, and took many many loads to the dump and goodwill. It was gross. It was clean and really nice when we looked at it.
