We used it during a period of seperation anxiety and it worked perfectly. She had been going to sleep on her own and sleeping through, but the last few weeks she's had a lot of separation anxiety and we have to stay in her room until she's asleep - just sitting there, but she freaks if we leave. </p> <p>We could do CIO again, I thought we might try the sleep lady shuffle since the only habit we have to break is our presence . Did it work for you? </p>
