We ended up sleeping at our house that night though and I didn't wake him when I had contractions. I did kick him into the spare room when we first came home so that he could sleep while I was up at all hours with a newborn. I was in bed, too, and tried to sleep in between. I sent my hubby to bed at 10 so he could get some rest. I stayed on the couch all night and snoozed for about an hour from 3-4 when I was woken up to bad contractions. I woke him up at 4:30 to let him know it was time and I have never seen the man move faster in my life! :-) </p> <p>@mrsjyw I'm impressed you're sleeping in the guest room. I love our bed so much I refused to sleep elsewhere! But I've been waking up w pregnancy insomnia the last few nights so I move to the guest room not wanting to wake dh.</p> <p>Plan on doing the same if I start feeling contractions one of these days.
